- كيف تُتابع ربحية المشروع؟
- خصّص مركز تكلفة المشروع على المشتريات والمصروفات، وفوتر الأعمال لنفس العميل، واستخدم تقارير المراكز لمقارنة الإيراد والمصروف.
- هل التوصيل يعني توصيل منازل العملاء؟
- هنا يعني توصيل الموقع من الساحة أو المستودع. خطط للسائقين والرسوم عند نقل المواد للمشروع ثم سوِّ مع الخزينة.
